Paloma is a Brazilian Personal trainer, awarded a post graduate in Exercise Physiology and Massage Therapy in 2013. Paloma specialises in Remedial Massage, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Deep Relaxation. Her independence and love of working for herself led her into opening a successful gym in Santos in 2013. Being within a gymnasium, her client base grew towards those who were fitness and sports based, treating injuries and helping clients reach their peak performance within their bodies. Paloma has a love of fitness herself. She is passionate about the outdoors and has always led an active lifestyle. She was as a surf and swimming instructor, consistently engaging in activities such as rock climbing, canoeing, diving and paragliding, she has a deep appreciation of keeping her body and mind healthy and balanced. She follows a Vegetarian lifestyle and was inspired many years ago when she lived in an alternative, self-sustainable community where the members practised vegetarianism and meditation daily. Here she gained a deep understanding of the body energy. Paloma arrived to Sydney in August of 2017 where she continues to provide her skill of massage and personal trainer to the community.

He sees in manual therapy an opportunity to help people achieve good physical and mental fitness, thus generating a real improvement in their quality of life. Passionate about sports, he enjoys life in a light and healthy way, always valuing the outdoors, good music and art.
Yoga Teacher
A dedicated and passionate yoga teacher, Larissa was introduced to the practice in 2017 after moving to Australia from Brazil. Yoga became a source of strength and motivation for her to continue during a challenging time in her life, following the unexpected passing of her father. Certified 1000Hr YTT by Australian Learning Group in Sydney, the discipline and consistency she had cultivated through yoga, played a vital role in her life to navigate through the busy hospitality industry. It helped her alleviate the tension, stress and anxiety that accumulated over the years. In 2021, Larissa started teaching private and group yoga classes, incorporating breathing techniques, meditation and asanas inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga styles. Her teachings aim to guide individuals in practising mindfulness, calming their minds, energizing their bodies, and cultivating conscious breathing. Her ultimate goal is to use yoga as a powerful tool for teaching and guiding others in their journey. By integrating asana, pranayama, and meditation into daily routines, she believes that individuals can improve their overall well-being, manage many disorders and attain a sense of balance in life.
